The Landes race is a centuries-old tradition in Gascony. As such, it is an integral part of our culture. The objective pursued by the Ganaderia DUSSAU is to promote this art, to maintain the passion  aroused, and to strengthen the transmission of emotions from the arena to the stands.

This bullfighting tradition tends to make a man face each other (spreader or jumper)  and an animal (steed) in an arena. However, a point of honor is brought to the  respect for the couriers, both in their physical integrity - no physical abuse   - only in their living conditions. It is through this mutual respect that a fair "fight" can emerge as a vector of emotion.
